Neondots Ads Reporting and Google API Data

Neondots operates “Neondots Ads Reporting”, an internal tool for Google Ads analysis and reporting. Access begins only after an authorized person explicitly grants the OAuth permission displayed by Google.

The tool can retrieve account, campaign, conversion, search-term, targeting and performance data from Google Ads. This data is used solely to analyse authorized client accounts, diagnose performance issues, create reports and prepare professionally reviewed optimization recommendations.

Neondots uses Google user data only for these disclosed functions and in accordance with the Limited Use requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy. The data is not sold, disclosed to data brokers or used for personalized advertising, retargeting, credit decisions or unrelated purposes.

Queries and results may be processed by OpenAI as a technical service provider in the Codex workspace used for this purpose. They may remain in protected task histories, working documents or client reports for as long as required for the relevant engagement, internal documentation or legal obligations. Neondots does not operate an additional persistent database of raw Google Ads data for this tool.

Access is limited to authorized employees and contractors who require the data for a specific work assignment. Technical and organizational measures protect the data against unauthorized access during transmission, processing and storage.

Users can revoke an OAuth authorization at any time through their Google Account security settings. Requests for access, correction or deletion can be sent to mike@neondots.com.

Retention
